07:15 pm - Finally, another update...
Being swamped at work shouldn't be an excuse for neglecting Urbis. I've finally decided to upload some stuff I have written several months ago, but forgot to put on the site.

There is new material in the Desert of Thunder, Distant Shores, Gawaris Desert, Gol Algor, Gol Grungor, Great Southern Chaos, Lake of Dreams, Lands of the Dead, Malundi, Norfjell Wastes, and Parginian Rim sections. I hope you enjoy them!

And as always, any feedback is very much welcome.

Will there ever be a version of Urbis as downloadable pdf? I personally am not the one for dragging a computer to my gaming area... :)

Well, while making a PDF from all of this which I can sell is the ultimate goal, at the moment adding new material has a higher priority than converting all the material into a different format. After all, there are so many things left to cover...

However, if you actually plan to run Urbis with your group (as in, you told your players about this and they agreed to it), I might make an exception and whip up a PDF with OpenOffice, as long as you promise to tell me about how your campaign goes and send me regular feedback on what issues your group came up with that need to be covered (and I might even work out some of the repercussions and characters into the finished setting, if you like...). I could use a group of good playtesters at this stage.

But I should note that I probably won't be able to update this PDF as often as the website.

Ah, I see. Okay, well, I'll talk to my "gang" about it, maybe we can do some playtesting for you. I'll get back to you about, okay?
